What broke, what's worth writing down.

Once a week, or when something actually breaks. No schedule, no forced cadence — I write when there's something to say. The postmortem is usually more interesting than the launch, so this leans toward what didn't work rather than what did.

What you get

  • One or two fragments from building each week — a concrete thing, not general impressions.
  • Links to what's behind it: the repo, the commit, the post-mortem.
  • Now and then a tool or setting that actually saved me time — including where it falls short.

What you won't get

  • No spam, no affiliate, no motivational quotes.
  • No "ten tricks to replace programmers in 2027".
  • Unsubscribe any time, one link in every email.
