Report content
This is the official mechanism for reporting illegal content or content violating the rules, under Art. 16 of EU Regulation 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act, DSA).
How to submit a report
Send an email to team@euphronic.com with a subject line starting [REPORT].
To comply with DSA Art. 16, the report must include all 4 of the following:
- The exact URL of the content the report concerns.
Not a description, not a screenshot. A specific link, e.g.https://euphronic.com/forum/c/obecne/123. - Specific reasons why you consider the content illegal or rule-violating.
What exactly is the issue? Hate speech? Phishing? Copyright infringement? Doxxing? Be specific. - Your name and email (for follow-up and contact per DSA).
Exception: if reporting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), you may stay anonymous. - A good-faith statement that the information in the report is true and complete.
For example: "I hereby declare in good faith that the information in this report is true and complete to the best of my knowledge."
What happens next
- Acknowledgement — I reply within 72 hours (in practice usually within 24).
- Review — I assess whether the content actually violates law or rules.
- Action — if it does, I remove or block it, proportionate to severity.
- Decision notice — I notify both you and the content author per DSA Art. 17.
- Appeal — if you disagree, you can appeal by email; I'll provide further reasoning or revise the decision.
Anonymous reports and CSAM
For reporting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) you may stay anonymous. URL + one line of reason is enough. Zero tolerance — I forward such reports to law enforcement (Czech NCOZ, Internet Watch Foundation).
Abuse of the mechanism
Repeated false reports (bad faith, provably untrue information) are grounds for suspending a user account per DSA Art. 23. Only report what you genuinely consider a problem.
Planned form
I plan to replace this email procedure with a structured form on this page (required fields for all 4 data points, validation and storage in an audit-log database). Until then the email path serves, with copy strictly requiring the same data points the future form will.
