Terms of use

Short rules for using the site. By using the site or registering an account, you agree to them.

1. What Euphronic is

A content platform and community around AI, automation and digital workflows. Includes a public blog (/en/aktuality), community forum (/en/forum), newsletter, podcast and other content.

2. User accounts

To access the forum you sign in via email (magic link) or Google OAuth. Rules:

  • One person, one account. Multiple accounts to circumvent rules are forbidden.
  • You are responsible for account security and everything done from it.
  • The data you share (email, name) must be truthful.

3. What you cannot do

The following are forbidden; violations can lead to immediate account termination:

  • Sharing illegal content or content infringing third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy)
  • Sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediate report to the Czech police
  • Promoting terrorism, extremism or hatred against individuals or groups
  • Spam, phishing or other deceptive practices
  • Attacks on security (hacking, DDoS, unauthorized automated scraping)
  • Impersonating other people or organisations

4. Your content (UGC)

Posts, comments and votes you publish remain your property. By publishing, you grant me a free-of-charge, non-exclusive licence to display, store and distribute them within the operation of the site (for the lifetime of your account + a short security archive period).

By publishing content you warrant that:

  • You have the right to share it (ownership or licence)
  • It does not infringe third-party rights
  • It does not violate these terms

5. Reporting illegal content (DSA Art. 16)

I operate a notice-and-action mechanism under Art. 16 of EU Regulation 2022/2065 (DSA). Details and procedure at Report content.

I process every notice in a timely manner. If I find content illegal or rule-violating, I act without undue delay. Both the reporter and the affected author are informed of the decision.

6. Limitation of liability

Euphronic is a hosting service within the meaning of DSA Art. 6. I am not liable for user-posted content where I had no actual knowledge of its illegality or acted without undue delay upon being notified.

To the extent permitted by Czech law (Civil Code Act No. 89/2012 Coll.), I am not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data loss caused by your own actions. The site is provided "as is". These limitations do not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence (Section 2898 of the Civil Code — this exception cannot be contractually excluded).

7. Changes

I notify you of material changes by email or by a notice on the site at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

8. Severability

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in force. These terms together with the Privacy Policy, Cookies and Forum rules constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator.
