Rules and privacy

This is an open discussion forum. Stick to a few simple rules and it stays pleasant for everyone.

Discussion rules

• Be decent. Criticize the idea, not the person.
• No spam, ads, or reposting the same thing over and over.
• No illegal content, hate, threats, or doxxing.
• Post on topic for the community you're starting the thread in.
• Vote on the quality of a post, not on whether you agree with it.

Moderation is up to the operator. Posts that break the rules can be hidden, a community locked, and an account banned. You can report content with the “Report” button on a post.

What data we store

• Email — used only for sign-in (the email link) and any contact about your account.
• What you write — threads, comments, votes, and reports.
• Country from your IP address — we store only the country (e.g. “CZ”), not the full IP address. It's used to protect against abuse.

Sign-in is held by one necessary cookie (the session). The forum uses no tracking or advertising cookies.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and its data anytime on the My account page. Your posts are either anonymized (the author becomes “[deleted account]”) or, if you choose, their content is removed entirely. Your votes are deleted. This is your GDPR right to be forgotten.
